In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, Lisa returns from a brief hiatus to explore the transformative power of gratitude and the art of staying present. Drawing on the wisdom of Rhonda Byrne’s The Magic and Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, Lisa introduces the "Magic Dust" practice—a simple yet profound exercise in expressing gratitude to the people who touch our lives daily. The episode delves into how we can "hop off the roller coaster" of unconscious thoughts and patterns by proactively choosing awareness. Lisa also revisits the "Magic Rock" evening ritual and shares a personal reflection on how our thoughts, rather than our circumstances, shape our emotional reality.

Imposter Syndrome Isn’t the Problem… It’s the Doorway
ā€œI feel like an imposterā€¦ā€
It’s something so many people say.
And usually, the focus is on how to fix it… how to feel more confident… how to finally feel ā€œenough.ā€
But what if that feeling isn’t something to get rid of?
In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, we look at imposter syndrome in a completely different way.
Not as a flaw.
Not as insecurity.
But as a moment where something deeper is being noticed.
A moment where the identity we’ve built… doesn’t quite hold.
Inside this episode, we explore:
What imposter syndrome is commonly believed to be
What it actually feels like in the body
The way the mind creates roles, labels, and identities
Why external achievements never bring the completion we expect
And how this feeling might actually be an opening into awareness
There’s also a short relaxation to help you step out of the noise of the mind and reconnect with what’s already here.
We also discuss the next Magic practice āœØļø šŸ’•šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

How much of the day is spent carrying weight that isn't even real?
Day 7 of the Magic practice looks at negativity — not as something to fight or fix, but as something to become aware of. What we focus on grows. And most of us have never been shown just how much energy goes into feeding what we don't want.
From there, we move into something that sits right underneath all of it — the moment before the mind names what it sees. That first instant of contact, before the label lands, before the story begins. And what happens when we miss it.
There's a presence practice in this episode. Simple. Outside if possible. Any sense works.
If there's ever been a feeling that the mind is running things and you're just along for the ride — this episode is for you.

In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, we start with the next gratitude practice from The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. The practice, ā€œWorks Like Magic,ā€ invites you to notice the many small, often unseen things in everyday life that quietly support your day — from running water to a kettle boiling, from the car starting to messages sending — and take a moment to appreciate them.
From there, we explore a teaching from A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle about the need to be right. Why does the mind cling so tightly to opinions and viewpoints? What happens when identity becomes tied to being right? And how can letting go of that urge create space for real connection and presence?
Eckhart’s words guide the reflection:
ā€œThe ego needs to be right in order to survive. If it is wrong, its mental identity is threatened.ā€
ā€œWhenever two egos interact, drama of some kind ensues.ā€
ā€œA great spiritual practice is to allow the other person to be right.ā€
Through examples, reflections, and practical insight, we consider what it means to allow the truth to exist without defending it, and how presence can transform how we relate to others.
Also included in this episode:
Three Truth Stones from wisdom traditions
A mantra for the week
And, as always, the episode closes with Sa Re Sa Sa, sung by Sophie
Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and see what life shows you this week.

How many times have we told ourselves…
ā€œOnce I get this sorted… then I’ll relax.ā€
ā€œOnce this situation is handled… then I’ll feel better.ā€
ā€œOnce I fix this one last thing… then everything will be okay.ā€
In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, I explore something many of us live inside of without even realizing it — the ego’s quiet promise that peace will come later.
Drawing inspiration from A New Earth, I share personal reflections about how the mind keeps us chasing a future moment where we finally feel enough, calm, or safe.
For me, codependency deepened that pattern. I often believed that if I could just solve the next problem or make sure everyone else was okay, then I would finally be able to relax.
But the mind always creates one more thing.
In this episode we explore:
• Why the ego keeps us living in the future
• How thoughts about the past and future affect the body right now
• The realization that peace doesn’t arrive later — it’s only ever available in this moment
• A simple practice to step out of the mind and into awareness
• A short relaxation meditation
• Three True Stones to carry with you during the week
If you’ve ever felt like life will calm down once you get through the next thing, this conversation may resonate deeply with you.
Because the peace the mind promises in the future…
is already here.
True Stone

We All Matter with Lisa — Magic Money Part 1
When you hear "money and manifestation," it's easy to assume it means saying the right things a certain number of times and waiting for results. That's what I expected from this practice too.
What I didn't expect was what came up instead — feelings about money I didn't know I was still carrying. Old feelings, from the past. And just becoming aware of them, without trying to change anything, began to shift something. When I could see the thoughts, I could see they weren't the truth. They were just thoughts. And that awareness alone brought me into a more neutral, quieter place with money.
This is Part 1 of the Magic Money practice from Rhonda Byrne's The Magic. Pick up what works, leave the rest.
True Stone
"It's not the situation that's causing your suffering. It's your thoughts about the situation."
— Eckhart Tolle
